Position overview
You'll act as lead agent for key estate management clients while supporting senior team members on wider consultancy projects. The role offers a blend of hands-on estate management, professional valuations, and client relationship building, with clear opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage key estate management clients as lead agent
- Support senior colleagues on consultancy and valuation projects
- Liaise with professionals across multiple property disciplines
- Mentor and train graduate team members
- Build and maintain a strong regional professional network
- Support marketing events and business development activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in rural surveying across varied projects
- MRICS qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Accurate attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with leadership potential
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
