Our client, a leading real estate and land consultancy within a global organisation, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor to join their Exeter team as Senior Associate Director. This is an opportunity to manage key estate clients, lead a high-performing team, and deliver strategic land and diversification projects across the South West.
Position overview
As Senior Associate Director, you'll act as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients, undertaking business reviews, diversification projects, and professional valuations. You'll lead and develop the team while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities across rural land management and strategic land promotion.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal agent for key estate clients
- Undertake estate and farming business reviews
- Manage diversification and strategic land promotion projects
- Deliver secured lending and professional valuations
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Build relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accuracy and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- MRICS qualified rural surveyor with proven experience
- Demonstrated project delivery and team leadership skills
- Strong relationship building and business development capability
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- Confident communicator with attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
