Position overview
As a Rural Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse range of private clients' commercial, agricultural, and residential properties. Your expertise will contribute to the effective management of these estates, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage impressive estates across various property types
- Handle property compliance, tenancy agreements, and lease renewals
- Negotiate with utility providers and resolve landlord/tenant matters
- Oversee the management of the natural environment
- Prepare management reports and attend client meetings
Requirements
- MRICS Qualified Chartered Surveyor
- FAAV qualification desirable but not essential
- Eagerness to join a respected business and progress
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
