Our client, a pioneering real estate advisor, is seeking an experienced Partner to join their Rural team in Cambridge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of management and professional instructions while contributing to the evolution of the department's business plan.
Position overview
As a Partner in the Rural team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality projects, and driving business development initiatives across the region, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the division.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of management and professional instructions
- Develop long-term relationships with Private Estate clients
- Contribute to the evolution of department's business plan
- Project manage day-to-day delivery of client projects
- Develop contacts and associations with peers and clients
- Maintain regular contact with clients to sustain relationships
- Continuously improve client relationship management and service levels
- Contribute to the development of the Division
- Identify opportunities for introduction of work to other divisions
- Take a leading role in the Private Estates team
- Maintain understanding of other teams and services offered
- Support strategies for sharing clients and client intelligence
- Act as a point of contact for others in the firm
- Advise the Divisional Board on professional matters
- Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports
Requirements
- Qualified in rural practice with extensive post-qualification experience
- Specialist in managing rural estates for Private clients
- Strong intellect and leadership and management experience
- Excellent team player with creative and innovative approach
- Consultative and collaborative with potential for personal growth
