We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Business Consultant on join the team in Suffolk. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and guidance to their diverse client base, ranging from small family-owned operations to large commercial farms & Estates.
The Farm Business Consultant will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' farm operations, including financial analysis, production methods, and traditional Farm Business Management. They will develop tailored strategies and action plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Additionally, the consultant will advise clients on best practices in crop management, soil health, and environmental stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in agricultural consulting. They must possess a strong understanding of agronomy, farm management, and business management principles. Excellent analytical skills are required, along with the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results and driving positive change on farms of varying sizes and types.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Relevant qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field are required.
