Our client is a property consultancy who works across commercial, residential, Rural, planning and infrastructure. They have offices across the UK and work throughout the country. They look after their employees and put a lot of work into training and developing their people so they are the best that they can be. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Land Agent to join the Rural team within Estate Management.

We are looking for someone to assist the rural partners primarily with the day-to-day management of several private estates and diverse rural estate across East Anglia. You will have responsibility for general management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, Commercial lets, sporting, and forestry. This role will include identifying and developing new business opportunities.

We are looking for a RICS Qualified Land Agent who has experience in portfolio management of estates as well as the tenanted sector. Someone who is great at building relationships with both colleagues and clients. Someone who was CAAV qualified would be an advantage and someone with experience in rural valuations.
