Our client, a well-established and respected rural property and asset management practice, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to advance their career in a supportive environment with interesting and varied work.
Position overview
The successful candidate will undertake a mix of professional and estate management work, tailored to their individual strengths and interests. They will contribute to the practice's continued success in serving long-standing clients across the agricultural, commercial, and residential markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice on rural property matters
- Manage estates and assets for diverse clients
- Conduct valuations and surveys of rural properties
- Negotiate sales, leases, and other property transactions
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of rural property and estate management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools
- FAAV qualification desirable but not essential
