Our client, a global real estate services provider, seeks an MRICS/FAAV qualified Rural Surveyor to join their collaborative Truro team. This role offers a diverse workload spanning rural professional practice, estate management, and strategic consultancy across the picturesque south west region.
Position overview
As a Rural Surveyor, you will manage client relationships, contribute to regional business growth, and collaborate with the Director in team management. This role is integral to delivering exceptional rural estate management services and driving business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing and future client relationships
- Contribute to regional business growth and profile
- Collaborate with Director in team management
- Oversee day-to-day running of rural estates
- Provide strategic advice to clients
- Advise on landlord/tenant matters and rent reviews
Requirements
- MRICS and/or FAAV qualification
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to prioritise
- Adaptable commercial awareness
