Our client, a global real estate services provider, seeks a qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their management team in Chelmsford, delivering estate management and professional consultancy services across Essex and Hertfordshire.
Position overview
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing management team, delivering diverse estate management and professional consultancy services to clients across changing rural land markets in Essex and Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Manage rural land and property, including estates and assets
- Provide professional consultancy on compulsory purchase and property rights
- Conduct agricultural property Landlord and Tenant work, including rent reviews
- Assist in developing the professional business through networking
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and deliver compliance procedures and standards
- Support team members' career development through training and mentoring
Requirements
- RICS membership
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to analyse and present statistical information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Full driving licence and own car
