Our client, a leader in the infrastructure and utilities sector, is seeking an Associate Surveyor to join their team in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surveyor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of sustainable infrastructure projects across the UK.
Position overview
As an Associate Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and motivating a team to deliver high-quality land and property advice and services to clients, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team delivering client services
- Set, manage and review team objectives and strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice on ad hoc projects
- Ensure team meets time recording and reporting requirements
- Provide supportive line management through regular one-to-ones
Requirements
- Experience in application and construction of major projects
- Experience managing client relationships and project finances
- Clear commercial awareness and ability to generate work
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge in the field
- Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
