Position overview
The Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a wide range of professional services, including rural property sales, valuations, land management, and compulsory purchase matters. Your expertise will contribute to the consultancy's success in providing exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and purchases of rural properties
- Perform valuations for various rural property types
- Manage agricultural land, including Contract Farming Agreements
- Handle compulsory purchase and compensation matters
Requirements
- MRICS qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- CAAV qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service
- Demonstrated business acumen and team collaboration abilities
