Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, an expanding firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land Agents, and Valuers, is seeking a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join their rapidly growing team based in West Lancashire.
Position overview
As a Chartered Surveyor with our client, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of rural property management and valuation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Red Book Valuation reports
- Providing advice on Countryside Stewardship, and other rural business grants
- Managing estates, including landlord and tenant negotiations
- Offering advice on planning, diversification schemes, and strategic planning
- Overseeing residential lettings and management
- Providing compensation advice and general professional guidance, such as wayleave negotiations
- Handling agency tasks related to agricultural, commercial, and residential property
Requirements
- RICS qualification with strong rural property understanding
- Recently CAAV-qualified or actively pursuing CAAV exams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- A proactive and approachable demeanour
