Position overview
Working from home, you will manage your region, supporting existing clients and developing new business. You will build strong connections with farmers, land agents, and surveyors to help them secure vital asset finance, contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of local rural enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Manage your designated sales region from home.
- Oversee and support existing borrowers.
- Build relationships with agricultural professionals.
- Develop new business directly with farmers.
- Provide commercial finance services to clients.
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing agricultural experience.
- Strong financial and commercial knowledge.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Willingness to travel for team meetings.
