Our client, a leading UK property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Chartered Rural Surveyor to join their team in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied portfolio and build your own client base within a growing business.
Position overview
You will manage a diverse portfolio of rural estates across the southern and southwest regions. Your role involves providing high-level strategic advice to private clients, overseeing daily management, and contributing directly to the consultancy's growth in the rural sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied rural estate portfolio.
- Provide strategic management advice to clients.
- Oversee day-to-day estate operations.
- Advise on Landlord and Tenant matters.
- Undertake a range of asset valuations.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver agri-environmental and compliance advice.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a rural surveyor role.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- A full UK driving licence.
