Our client, a leading provider of rural services to affluent private clients, is seeking an experienced Director to join their innovative Land Management team in East Anglia.
Position overview
You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality advice and transactions to clients while managing the team and driving business growth in the prosperous East Anglia region.
Responsibilities
- Achieve financial targets and maximise gross profit
- Deliver timely, high-quality advice and transactions to clients
- Assess clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage team, setting and ensuring objectives are met
- Conduct market appraisals and arrange property viewings
- Canvass for new business opportunities and close deals
- Serve as a high-profile ambassador for the organisation
- Undertake business planning aligned with company's aims
- Bill regularly and accurately forecast office fees
- Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent
- Excellent telephone manner and client-facing skills
- Significant track record in local residential sector
- Proven fee earner with self-starter mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate knowledge of the East Anglia property market
