Position overview
In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Farm Compliance team. You will help prepare key documents and plans, ensuring clients meet important agricultural standards and deadlines. Your work directly contributes to the team's success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and formatting compliance plans.
- Lead the delivery of key compliance folders.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documents.
- Liaise with consultants for timely report delivery.
- Monitor deadlines for submissions and renewals.
- Provide administrative support to fee-earning consultants.
Requirements
- Experience in a business support or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong written English and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to take initiative and manage tasks.
