Are you a Farm Trader who is looking for a new challenge based in Lincolnshire?

One of the leading grain trading businesses in the UK who keep expanding, are looking for a Farm Trader to join the business in Lincolnshire. This is an opportunity for someone to potentially grow within a knowledgeable team to learn and develop.

The role will be what you expect from a Farm Trading position, buying Grain and Seed from existing and new customers and also developing and supporting them in line with the businesses values. You will also sell fertiliser back to them. Depending upon your experience and level of Farm Trading you may also manage and develop some of the team within your office.

We are looking for someone ideally who has a minimum of 1/2 years within an Agricultural business who understands the role and can very much manage their own work / diary. Someone who has worked in a commercial sales environment and has experience of managing an active customer based.
