About
Our client is a leading global real estate services organisation with over 40 years' experience supporting major infrastructure projects across the UK. They're seeking a Land Referencer to join their team and help deliver accurate land interest data for significant infrastructure developments.
Position overview
You'll support the delivery of precise land ownership information, plans, and documentation for major infrastructure projects. This role is essential to ensuring statutory submissions meet national standards and comply with data protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain accurate land ownership information and records
- Prepare land plans and Book of Reference documentation
- Support statutory submissions including DCO and CPO applications
- Validate geospatial data for accuracy and compliance
- Engage with landowners and stakeholders to verify details
- Ensure all outputs comply with national standards and GDPR
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship unavailable)
- Ability to interrogate and interpret HM Land Registry datasets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Organised approach to managing land interest documentation
- Proficiency with geospatial systems and data validation
