The Role
As a proactive chartered surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with the management of estates for private and institutional clients. Additionally, you'll actively participate in the management and development of a strong team, contribute to the development and implementation of efficient internal systems and processes, ensure legal, professional, and corporate compliance on all work carried out, provide sound financial and client reporting as required, and handle a range of client instructions with minimal assistance.

Strong analytical and report writing skills, as well as commercial acumen, are essential.
They value a professional outlook in appearance, behaviour, and attitude, along with enthusiasm and drive to broaden knowledge and experience. An interest in strategic business and people management, coupled with the initiative-taking and confident demeanour, is highly regarded.
