Alternatively, there is a capacity for the role to be valuation focussed. They produce free form Red Book Valuations for a mix of rural, village & town property.

The right candidates will ideally have a few years post RICS qualification experience and be RICS Registered Valuers. The candidate will be positive, approachable and a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients.
