Our client, a highly regarded practice of rural surveyors and land agents, is looking for an experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team in Lancashire. Position overview
You will manage a varied portfolio of general practice work across the rural property and land management sectors. This role is central to providing expert, client-focused advice and contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Conducting RICS Red Book valuations.
- Managing rural property sales and lettings.
- Handling compensation and utilities agreements.
- Overseeing land and estate management.
- Advising on strategic land development.
- Providing rural business planning advice.
Requirements
- MRICS-qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor.
- Ideally 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- FAAV qualification is desirable.
- RICS Registered Valuer status is preferred.
- Strong rural property and agricultural knowledge.
- Confident in client-facing work.
