Our client is a highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents who undertake a broad range of work. This is a supportive business who offer considerable mentoring and training to grow your skills. The role offers strong potential for advancement and promotion for the right candidate. The role

As a valued member of the team you will be working in a supportive and super friendly environment. The opportunities within this business are flexible and extensive. The role involves a range of work including sale and purchase of rural property, RICS Red Book valuations, claims for compensation, subsidies and grants, agricultural tenancies, planning and development schemes, letting of on-farm commercial units.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience, however candidates with less experience may be considered. A member of the CAAV would be desirable but not essential. The candidate will be positive, approachable and a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients.
