Position overview
You will provide expert advice to a varied portfolio of estate and land-owning clients. Your work will be key to growing the estate management business and delivering excellent service across North Yorkshire, working alongside a team of property professionals.
Responsibilities
- Advise a diverse portfolio of rural clients.
- Manage and develop key client relationships.
- Oversee the management of rural property portfolios.
- Provide strategic advice to farm and estate clients.
- Draft agreements and negotiate property deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with specialist teams on new projects.
Requirements
- Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS).
- Proven experience in rural estate management.
- Strong client relationship and development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A collaborative and supportive team approach.
- Enthusiasm, integrity, and a can-do attitude.
