Our client, a leading UK property consultancy, is seeking Rural Surveyors to join their growing Cambridge team. This is a great opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio without being limited to one discipline.
Position overview
You will provide a mix of management, agency, and valuation services across East Anglia. Your work will involve advising a varied portfolio of institutional and private clients on their rural assets, contributing directly to their strategic goals and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide loan security and taxation valuation advice.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of rural estates.
- Handle the sale and purchase of rural assets.
- Develop new business contacts across the region.
Requirements
- RICS qualification with post-qualification experience.
- Experience in, or a desire to refocus into, rural surveying.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
