Our client is an independent rural surveying practice based in Framlingham, Suffolk. They are looking for a qualified Rural Surveyor to join their supportive team, offering a role with diverse responsibilities and clear opportunities for career growth.
Position overview
You will join a busy rural team, focusing on valuation and compulsory purchase compensation work. The role involves a wide range of consultancy matters across agricultural, residential, and rural property, allowing you to make a significant contribution to the practice's success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and compensation work.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters.
- Provide rural business and planning advice.
- Assist with utilities and infrastructure projects.
- Help to identify and secure new business.
Requirements
- CAAV or RICS qualified with relevant experience.
- Able to build strong client relationships.
- Well-organised with clear, logical thinking.
- Proficient with MS Office and digital mapping.
- Hold a current UK driving licence.
