Position overview
Based in Shrewsbury, you will join a national team of rural valuation experts. You will deliver valuation advice across diverse rural assets, supporting regional and national projects and contributing directly to the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist valuation advice in the West Midlands.
- Contribute to business growth and identify opportunities.
- Provide financial reporting valuations for key clients.
- Manage a mix of professional services work.
- Value diverse rural assets and estates.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor.
- Experience in rural or specialist property valuation.
- Strong project management and client care skills.
- A collaborative and supportive team approach.
- Enthusiasm to deliver work to a high standard.
