Our client, a leading UK property consultancy with a comprehensive rural and agricultural property practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director to join their Estates and Farm Agency Team in Norwich. Position overview
You will lead the valuation and sale of rural assets, managing transactions from initial pitch through to completion. This role combines strategic client relationship management with hands-on transactional work, allowing you to develop new business while delivering exceptional service across a diverse portfolio of rural properties.
Responsibilities
- Value and market rural properties and agricultural assets
- Pitch services and negotiate offers through to completion
- Prepare detailed sales particulars and marketing materials
- Manage active farm purchaser database and client relationships
- Develop new business and achieve personal fee targets
- Provide pre-sales advice and valuation opinions to clients
Requirements
- Degree-level education
- RICS and/or CAAV qualified (ideally)
- Proven track record in rural property transactions
- Demonstrable fee-earning experience in the rural sector
- Strong network of senior contacts across the industry
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with substantial deal experience
